Terms & Conditions

1. Legal entity

Skyline Academy operates as a division of Skyline International Group, with its Bangladesh operations conducted through Skyline Academy Limited, currently completing incorporation and registration with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC) and the Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA). Skyline Academy's Dhaka office is located at House 2B, Road 20, Baridhara J Block, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Skyline International Group's Canadian parent, Skyline International Education & Aviation Inc., is registered in Ontario, Canada, with its office at 11 Proud Court, Aurora, Ontario L4G 0Z1. Full registration details for Skyline Academy Limited will be reflected here upon completion of the incorporation process.

2. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern enrollment in and use of the programs and services provided by Skyline Academy ("Skyline", "we", "us"). By submitting an application or enrolling in any program, you agree to these terms.

3. Enrollment and admission

Admission to any Skyline program is subject to meeting the eligibility requirements for that program and to the completion of our admissions process. Skyline reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its discretion.

4. Fees and payment

Program fees, payment schedules, and any applicable deposits will be set out in your enrollment agreement. Fees must be paid according to the agreed schedule. A place in a program is confirmed only once the required payment or deposit has been received. The application processing fee is non-refundable.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the timing of your withdrawal relative to your program start date, as set out in your enrollment agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable. Skyline will communicate the applicable refund terms clearly before you enroll.

6. Attendance and conduct

Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions, meet the standards of the program, and conduct themselves professionally at all times. Skyline reserves the right to suspend or dismiss any student whose conduct or attendance falls below the required standard, in accordance with our code of conduct.

7. Certificates

A Skyline Certificate of Completion is awarded to students who successfully complete the requirements of their program. Certificates are issued by Skyline Academy and reflect completion of Skyline's training. They are not, by themselves, a government or airline license unless explicitly stated for a specific program.

8. Career and placement support

Skyline provides career preparation and placement support to help position graduates strongly for employment, including interview preparation, application guidance, and, where available, introductions to industry partners. Skyline does not guarantee employment. Hiring decisions rest solely with employers and depend on each graduate's performance, conduct, and the requirements of the role. Our role is to prepare you to compete for opportunities to the highest possible standard.

9. Intellectual property

All course materials, curriculum content, branding, and any proprietary training tools (including AI-assisted training tools developed through Skyline's technology partnerships) remain the property of Skyline Academy and Skyline International Group, and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Changes to programs

Skyline may update program content, schedules, instructors, or delivery format to maintain quality and reflect industry standards. Curriculum is subject to change when deemed necessary. We will communicate any material changes to enrolled students.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skyline's liability arising from your enrollment is limited to the fees paid for the program in question. Skyline is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of employment opportunity.

12. Entire agreement & severance

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between the student and Skyline Academy and supersede all prior statements, understandings, or representations. If any individual clause is found invalid or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, the remaining clauses shall continue to apply unaffected.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of [Dhaka / relevant jurisdiction].
