Talent in Bangladesh deserves a genuine path to the world's best careers. We exist to make that path real.
A simple belief.
Skyline Academy was founded on a simple belief: that talent in Bangladesh deserves a genuine path to the world's best careers. Too many capable young people are held back not by ability, but by access — access to proper training, to professional polish, and to the standards international employers demand.
We built Skyline to close that gap.
Operating as the flagship of the Skyline Institute, our academy brings together aviation, hospitality, digital skills, and professional English under one roof, all delivered to a single, world-class standard. Our campus in Dhaka was designed from the ground up for this purpose, not adapted from something else.
The difference between a course and a launchpad.
A finishing school, not just a course
Most programs stop at the syllabus. Skyline is a finishing school in the fullest, most traditional sense, in the spirit of the great finishing schools and airline grooming academies. We teach deportment as a craft: posture, the way you walk into a room, how you sit, stand and greet, uniform and grooming standards, and makeup application to airline specification, taught in our studio and practised until it is second nature. Students are assessed on how they carry themselves, not only on what they can recite, because that is exactly how airlines and hotels assess candidates on hiring day.
Built for the global stage
Our curriculum reflects what international employers actually demand. Course content is shaped around live hiring criteria from Gulf, Southeast Asian, and North American employers, and it is revised as those criteria move, rather than being frozen in a textbook written years ago.
World-standard training, Dhaka campus
You do not need to leave the country to train to an international standard. Our Dhaka campus was designed for this work from the ground up, with a purpose-built cabin mock-up, a service lab, and grooming and photo studios, supported by equipment and curriculum sourced through our Canadian entity.
Support that goes the distance
Our involvement does not end at the certificate. From the final month of training through first interviews and the early years of a career, students keep access to coaching, CV review, and a graduate network that employers can draw on directly.
Two countries. One standard.
Skyline Academy is the flagship campus of Skyline International, a group we are building across two countries: Bangladesh and Canada. Our Canadian entity, based in Aurora, Ontario, exists for one reason, to keep raising the bar in Dhaka. It sources training equipment, develops curriculum, and rotates international instructors straight into our classrooms, so the standard our students train to isn't a local approximation of the world's best, it's the same standard.
Graduation is not the ceiling. Skyline International's mission runs beyond the diploma: we are actively building structured pathways for our strongest graduates to take their education and careers further internationally, including in Canada. That work is underway today, and as each pathway is formalized, our students will be the first to know.
Skyline's AI and Digital Skills vertical is backed by real technology partnerships, not just theory. We work directly with applied AI companies to bring computer vision and conversational AI tools into our classrooms, giving students hands-on exposure to the technology already reshaping the industries they're training for.
To prepare the next generation of Bangladeshi professionals for international careers — equipping them with the skills, confidence, and presentation to compete and win on the global stage.

Trained in Dhaka. Ready for the world.
The people behind Skyline.

Saef Islam
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Saef Islam has spent more than two decades building and running ventures across Canada, the United Kingdom, Bangladesh, and Asia, and he has never done it from behind a desk. As Head of Procurement, Supply Chain and Marketing at one of Bangladesh's largest manufacturing conglomerates, he ran sourcing and vendor operations across four factories and more than 13,000 staff, then rebuilt the brand strategy behind it. In Toronto, he founded and personally ran a retail brand that expanded to 16 locations across the GTA over 13 years. More recently, his work sourcing specialized AI hardware and building AI-assisted digital production for international clients gives him direct, practical grounding in the same technology Skyline now teaches.
He founded Skyline Academy on that same instinct: that talent in Bangladesh deserves a genuine path to the world's best careers, and that closing that gap takes someone who has actually built things, not just planned them. Known for a direct leadership style and an uncompromising standard, Saef built Skyline to be a launchpad, not a classroom, one designed to prepare a new generation of professionals to compete and win on the global stage.
He leads with a simple principle: build it properly, or don't build it at all.
