His career spans international trade, manufacturing, and large-scale operations, where he has earned a reputation for turning ambition into structured, high-performing institutions.
He founded Skyline Academy on a single conviction: that talent in Bangladesh deserves a genuine path to the world's best careers. Known for a direct leadership style and an uncompromising standard, Saef built Skyline from the ground up to be more than a training school, to be a launchpad that prepares a new generation of professionals to compete and win on the global stage.
