    Check-in and check-out procedures, reservation management, guest enquiries, complaints and special requests, front-desk telephone etiquette, hotel property management systems and booking platforms, and VIP guest protocols and concierge services.

    The psychology of exceptional service, anticipating guest needs before they are expressed, handling difficult guests and conflict resolution, cross-cultural sensitivity, and luxury service standards and attention to detail.

    Uniform and personal presentation for premium hospitality environments, posture, movement and body language in a professional setting, grooming aligned with international hotel and airline lounge standards, and Skyline is developing computer-vision feedback tools to help students refine posture, presentation and grooming in real time during practice sessions.

    Formal dining and beverage service standards, menu knowledge and allergen awareness, banquet and event service procedures, and airport lounge and airline catering service protocols.

    CV and cover letter preparation tailored to hospitality roles, mock interviews styled after leading Dhaka hotels and international chains, direct introductions to hospitality HR contacts where available, and guidance on Gulf and Southeast Asia opportunities.
