    Pronunciation and accent clarity coaching, confidence building through structured daily practice, common errors made by Bengali speakers and how to correct them, real-time listening and response practice, and AI-driven conversation practice tools are being developed to give students additional fluency practice alongside instructor-led sessions.

  2. 2

    Writing professional emails, reports and business documents; telephone and video-call etiquette; meeting participation and presentation skills; workplace vocabulary across aviation, hospitality, finance and technology.

  3. 3

    Answering common interview questions confidently in English, body language and presentation alongside verbal fluency, salary negotiation and professional boundary-setting, and mock interviews with instructor feedback.

  4. 4

    Handling enquiries, complaints and difficult conversations; cross-cultural communication; English for front-desk, airline, hotel and retail environments; telephone and email scripts with practice.

  5. 5

    Structuring and delivering a confident presentation, managing nerves and projecting authority, using visual aids and slides effectively, and group discussion and debate practice.

  6. 6

    Choose one industry focus for the final module: Aviation English, Hospitality English, Business & Finance English, or Technology English — with vocabulary, scenarios and materials tailored to that sector.
