  2. 2

Pre-flight safety checks and aircraft familiarization on our full cabin mock-up; life vests, oxygen masks, fire extinguishers and emergency exits; evacuation and crowd management; decompression, turbulence and in-flight medical response; first aid and CPR certification in partnership with a certified medical institution; basic DGR awareness across all categories.

  3. 3

Food and beverage service standards, tray and trolley service practice in our mock galley, special meal handling with dietary and religious considerations, passenger categories including unaccompanied minors, PWDs and VIPs, and cabin announcements with PA-system practice.

  4. 4

De-escalation techniques for disruptive passengers, cross-cultural communication, and stress management and crew wellbeing.

  5. 5

Uniform standards, posture, walking, makeup and hair to airline expectations, personal hygiene and presentation, mock interview panels with instructors and guest airline HR representatives, and Skyline is developing computer-vision feedback tools that will give students real-time guidance on posture, presentation and grooming during practice sessions.

  6. 6

Spoken English fluency drills themed around announcements, passenger interaction and interview scenarios, accent-neutrality coaching, written English for incident reports, CVs and cover letters, and AI-driven conversation practice tools are being developed to give students additional fluency practice alongside instructor-led sessions.

  7. 7

Swimming proficiency testing in partnership with a local facility, plus basic fitness and stamina conditioning.

  8. 8

CV and portfolio finalization, mock interviews styled after Biman, US-Bangla, NovoAir and Air Astra formats, direct introductions to airline HR contacts, and Skyline Career Day with domestic airline and Gulf recruitment agency contacts.
