What artificial intelligence is and how it works in plain language, major AI tools in use today including ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini and industry-specific platforms, navigating the internet and cloud tools professionally, and data privacy and digital security basics.

Using AI writing and communication tools to produce professional documents, emails and reports; AI image and content generation for marketing and social media; automating repetitive tasks with AI workflow tools; introduction to prompt engineering for better outputs.

Social media strategy for businesses and personal brands; content creation for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok; paid advertising basics including Facebook Ads and Google Ads; analytics and measuring campaign performance; building a professional online presence.

Introduction to Upwork and Fiverr, building a professional freelance profile and portfolio, client communication and project management basics, setting rates and managing international payments, and tax and legal basics for freelancers in Bangladesh.

Advanced Excel for data management and reporting, professional PowerPoint presentation design, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for collaboration, and project management tools including Trello and Asana.

Each student completes a real-world digital project applying skills from across the program, presented to instructors and peers in a final assessment session.
Outcome: Skyline Diploma in AI & Digital Skills, with a real-world capstone project.
